computer used as a teaching device until 1973. This computer was one
of the computer from Harwell, 1951. After rebooted and restored from
a museum in the UK this computer became World's oldest original
working digital computer has 2.5 ton machine with an atomic research
program. This computer doesn't have keyboard and monitor as a modern
computer and can store 90 numbers. This machine can't carry around
such as pocket calculator. The WITCH is restored and rebooted at a
museum in the UK on Tuesday. People interested about how a computer
is working and what was restored at the computer but the computer
sounds like as a broken typewriter. The WITCH reads programs from
paper tape. We can see the machine at the National Museum of
Computing in Buckinghamshire, north of London.
